All are invited to join us for a Vision Lunch on Sunday, March 3rd immediately following the worship service in the auditorium at The Venue. We will eat lunch together and then Buck will be sharing with us some of CTK’s hopes and prayers for 2024 and beyond. Please mark your calendars and RSVP HERE if you know you are coming!
If you are considering membership at CTK or simply want to learn more about who we are, our next Discovery Class will be Saturday, March 16 from 9am-2pm at Buck & Katelyn’s house. The CTK Discovery Class is a deep dive into the vision, values, and beliefs of Christ the King. Attending a Discovery Class is required to become a member of CTK, but your attendance does not mean you have to become a member. Lunch is provided and childcare is available. If you are interested in attending or have any questions, email Grace Farr at email@example.com.
Mark your calendars and plan to join us for our 2024 CTK EGGstravaganza on Sunday, March 24th at The Venue at Friendship Springs. We will begin the morning at 9:30am with donuts and fellowship and will then invite all children to participate in our annual egg hunt beginning at 9:45. Worship will follow as usual at 10:30. Please consider friends and neighbors who you could invite to join us for this fun morning!
PALM SUNDAY CTK
Please plan to join us on Sunday, March 24th for our Palm Sunday worship service. Children will be brought in from their classrooms to participate in palm waving at the end of our service.
Our Youth Group meets on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8pm at the Townsend’s house and we would love for all middle and high school students to join us! Questions? Email Armando at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SMALL GROUPS AT CTK
At CTK, we participate in 2 different types of small groups. Community Groups are mid-sized groups that are geographically based. These groups meet regularly to provide a way for new folks to meet the CTK community, to discuss the Bible, and to serve in the local community. You can CLICK HERE to see our current Community Groups and contact group leaders if you are interested in attending. Discipleship Groups are smaller groups, usually 5-8 people of the same gender, who meet for the purpose of following Jesus together and are a year-long commitment. These groups are focused on memorizing scripture, developing abiding practices, accountability, prayer, and learning how to share your faith. If you’d like to learn more about either of these types of groups, CLICK HERE or email our Discipleship Directors Lorrie (email@example.com) or Mark (firstname.lastname@example.org).
There are always many opportunities to volunteer at CTK. We believe that volunteering is not only a great way to serve the church, but also a wonderful opportunity for fellowship and community. Whether you are setting up chairs together, serving coffee and delights alongside a friend, or having great conversation as you rock babies in the nursery, some of the most encouraging friendships in our church have been formed as our people have served alongside each other. If you are interested in volunteering, we would love to have you! Please simply complete our Volunteer Survey so we know what you are interested in, and a staff member or ministry lead will contact you as needs arise.
