ANNOUNCEMENTS & UPCOMING EVENTS

Join us Sunday, October 4, from 3-6pm, as CTK partners with a local neighborhood, Sterling on the Lake, to host their Fall Festival. It’s our 3rd year supporting this fun event with family activities and an artisan fair. Come serve with us as we get to know our local community! We will help with set up/clean up, pumpkin painting and have a generous presence of hospitality. A great way for families to serve together! Sign up HERE to serve. Join us in honoring and thanking God for our leaders this October. Each Sunday we will celebrate with an opportunity for you to bring cards/notes for our leaders, along with fun morning treats chosen by our leaders. Appreciation Sundays will be as follows: Sunday, October 11: Pastors; Sunday, October 18: Session; Sunday, October 25: Session Advisors. We invite you to pray for our leaders throughout the month and consider ways you might show them an extra measure of gratitude as well..

Join us Sunday Nights this Fall for The Gathering—a time and space for MS and HS Students to simply come and be themselves, connect with our leaders, and connect with each other. Dinner is always provided. We will meet from 5pm-7pm at Lanier Christian Academy on the following Sunday Nights: October 4 & 25, November 8 & 22, December 6. Questions: Contact Eric Whitley. *Please Note: there is a Community Group that many parents of teenagers attend at the same time as The Gatherings. Reach out to Chris Johnson for more information.

Please join us for our Fall Day of Blessing Saturday morning, October 24. We will meet at Chestnut Mountain Fellowship Hall at 8am for prayer and a light breakfast before heading out on our different community projects.
