Communion is celebrated weekly and dress is casual.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & UPCOMING EVENTS

You’re invited to The King’s birthday party! Come celebrate the birth of our King with cookie decorating, crafting, and a special project to love our neighbors on December 14th from 10am-12pm at the Sterling on the Lake Clubhouse (7005 Lake Sterling Blvd, Flowery Branch, GA 30542). Wear your Christmas pj’s and bring a new pair of pajamas to donate to Jambos- an organization that provides children in the Georgia foster care system with a new pair of pajamas to bring children peace and comfort in an otherwise anxious circumstance. Sunday, December 22 is our next Kids of the King Sunday! During these special services, we join in worship with our children ages 4 and up in an effort to be together as one church family, allow our children to experience and participate in our worship service, and consider what it means for all of us to have a childlike faith in Jesus. Please note that the nursery will be available for children ages 2 and under only.

Invite your friends, family, and neighbors and join us for our Christmas Eve Candlelight Service on Tuesday, December 24 at 5pm at The Venue at Friendship Springs. Afterwards, we wil share Christmas cookies, hot cocoa, and fellowship in the lobby. If you would like to bring cookies to share, email Beth at blackey74@hotmail.com.

All women are invited to join us for a monthly gathering we are calling “Abiding Together: Women & the Word.” We meet every 2nd Monday of the month at Teresa Bishop’s house (36 Doster Cove, Jefferson), so our next meeting will be on Monday, January 13. If you aren’t yet involved in a D-Group, this is an especially great way for you to plug in and get to know the women of CTK. We hope you will join us!

Registration is OPEN! Our next CTK Women’s Retreat is Feb. 28 – Mar. 2, 2025 in Gainesville at The ARK on Lake Lanier. Speaker Tami Resch returns once again!
