ANNOUNCEMENTS & UPCOMING EVENTS

Each year during the winter and early spring, we are unable to use The Venue at Friendship Springs due to bookings made by previous clients. We are so excited this year to be able to worship at the Braselton Civic Center during these times. We will worship at the Civic Center (27 East Lake Drive, Braselton) through Sunday, April 13th as well as April 27th. We will return to The Venue on Easter Sunday, April 20th and will be there again full time beginning in May.

Were you unable to join us for our Guatemala Mission Trip Fundraising Dinner but are still interested in bidding on our silent auction items? CLICK HERE to do so! Bids will be accepted through Sunday, March 30th.

Men, come enjoy some March Madness Sweet 16 on Thursday, March 27th at 7pm at Maynard’s at the Corner (7435 Spout Springs Road). Invite a friend and we’ll see you there!

Please join us Saturday morning, March 29 for a church wide day of service. We will meet at 8:30 for prayer in the Chestnut Mountain Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall (4675 Winder Hwy, Flowery Branch) and leave from there to go out to our specific projects. Most projects will be finished by noon. CLICK HERE to sign up today! Questions? Email mercy@ctkbraselton.org.

Sunday, March 30 is our next Kids of the King Sunday! During these special services, we join in worship with our children ages 4 and up in an effort to be together as one church family, allow our children to experience and participate in our worship service, and consider what it means for all of us to have a childlike faith in Jesus. Please note that the nursery will be available for children ages 3 and under only.

Hop on over to the 2025 EGGStravaganza on Sunday, April 13th. Join us for a picnic lunch, egg hunt and lawn games on the Braselton Town Green immediately following worship. Please bring a picnic blanket/lawn chairs, as there are no tables on the Green. You can let us know if you think you’ll be there HERE and sign up for a dish to share HERE. We are also collecting filled Easter Eggs at the Got Questions table. Thank you!.

All women are invited to join us for a monthly gathering we are calling “Abiding Together: Women & the Word.” We meet every 2nd Monday of the month at Teresa Bishop’s house, so our next meeting will be on Monday, April 14. We will be studying Exodus 16-17 and Judges 1-6 if you’d like to read ahead. If you aren’t yet involved in a D-Group, this is an especially great way for you to plug in and get to know the women of CTK. We hope you will join us!

Invite your friends, family, and neighbors and join us this Easter for worship at The Venue at Friendship Springs (7340 Friendship Springs Blvd) beginning at 10:30am.

“Jesus declares not that he has come to reform religion but that he’s here to end religion and to replace it with himself.” (Tim Keller, The King’s Cross)
